How It Works
Just like us humans, pets can be rather complex creatures; there can be many reasons for a sudden change in behaviour or the development of a new, unwanted behaviour and it is common for these to be linked to an animal experiencing pain or some kind of ill health. For this reason, we will always ask that you seek the advice of a veterinary surgeon before we recommend any form of behavioural programme. We will liaise with your vet and forward you a veterinary referral form for you to give to your vet to complete.
Provided your pet has been given a clean bill of health, or your vet is able to recommend the use of a behavioural programme to work alongside any medical treatment, we will ask that you complete a detailed questionnaire prior to your first appointment.
