Terms and Conditions
Veterinary Referrals:
To ensure the health, welfare and comfort of your pet, we will require any animal to have been health checked by a veterinary surgeon prior to any behavioural consultation and appropriate forms to have been completed and forwarded to us.
Cancellations:
We will require 24 hours notice of any cancellations, otherwise, full cost of appointments will still be charged.
If the training session requires outdoor access, extreme weather conditions may require sessions to be rescheduled, whilst we will endeavour to avoid short notice cancellation, this may occasionally be necessary in unforeseen adverse weather.
COVID 19:
Please advise us if you, or any member of your household is showing symptoms or has been confirmed as having Covid 19 and we will reschedule your appointment for another convenient time.
Safety:
Please ensure that any animal to be assessed which has issues with aggression is secured and muzzled if necessary upon our arrival. We cannot take responsibility for any animal who is not muzzled or controlled.
Training:
We can never guarantee 100% success rate with our training recommendations. For any method to be effective, commitment from you, the owner will be required, but please be aware that animals are all individuals and some will respond better than others, whilst some may not respond at all.
We will refer to another fully qualified APBC member should it become evident that behavioural issues presented are out of our scope.
Payment:
Payment is required at least 24 hours prior to consultations.
